Whenever I look at that TT I just cant help feeling that it would have been a much better car if the 2.7T S4 engine was entry level and a hot TTS model with the RS4/6 motor in it topped off the line.

Matt,

Dialynx can knock you one up if you fancy. Cost about £60k all in if memory serves, i.e. base car, engine, new suspension and running gear (requires proper quattro to deal with the power). Pretty quick in a straight line, never seen it go round a track though. They brought it to GTI International last year, and the only car that beat it down the drag strip was a Dialynx SWB Ur-quattro with the same engine.
