Good Evening,

My son has locked the keys for my 4 day old RS4 in the boot and we are 200 miles from home (and spare set of keys) RAC cant get in without damage and im just wondering if anyone on here from either side of the legal fence can get me in?

I think im well known enough on here to be trusted, im in an internet cafe thing so email replies are no good, can you please phone me on 07967 980190 with any genuine advice?

MODS if this isnt the best place for this can you put it somewhere where it will get most attention?

PLEASE help, I need to get home!

Thanks

Nice thing about the S8 is that if you shut the boot with the key inside, it automatically opens the boot straight away.

That is quite clever.

Not good if you need to lock yourself in the boot though
You know, as you do...

Couldn't Audi Assistance have come out and opened it? There is ALWAYS a no damage method of opening any car but very often the manufacturers will only advise their own technicians who need to know how to do it, the AA/RAC are often left to try and work it out for themselves. I know when I had a numpty windscreen fitter out on a Land Rover he managed to bond the new screen in with the car locked and the keys on the seat, Land Rover assistance came out removed a light cluster shorted a couple of wires togeather and all the windows dropped.
