New Seat Owner - Old shape Leon 110 SE TDI

So I bit the bullet and bought one - have been trundling around all afternoon in it and am more than happy.
I'd to know if anyone has had any joy chipping this engine and to what power/torque levels.
I'd also really like to get rid of the rear wiper and have heard that a Skoda part fits the bill and is a rather more appropriate wiper arm/wiper to complement the Leon's sleek shape. Any clues as to which model it comes off of and what Skoda part No. gents?
If anyone has the VW part No. for the Golf sunglasses holder that can replace the drivers side grab handle it would be appreciated also... ?
