B7 RS4 Convertible - thoughts?

Thinking of getting a Convertible RS4 as my daily car (had a RS4 Saloon last year and loved it!), anybody on here got one?

What do you think of it?

Anybody been able to compare it with a saloon?

Is it softer?

i had a saloon with suspenion plus on it and when i moved to the cab i was a amazed at the shake on the thing. though i did like it...but some buggers nicked it after 5-6 days ownership

I've had my RS4 cab for a year now and I love it.



Ok, so it's not going to have the same handling dynamics as the saloon (no 4 seater convertible will ever be) but it's 95% there. But I'm sure I've got a much better suntan than the saloon/avant drivers out there

a friend of mine has just got one and absolutely loves it. coming from the saloon as you are, think best to try and borrow one for an hour or two just to compare before taking the plunge.

imagine the roofdown exhaust woofle with S button depressed must be fab....

what colour you thinking? I think the dark metallic blue with grey leather interior would look very cool

One of the guys on Tyresmoke/RS246 has just taken delivery of this one too.

I'm thinking of Sprint Blue (as in the above pic!). My Saloon was Daytona Grey, so I fancy something a bit brighter this time!

I'm arranging a test drive for Saturday, so I'll see how I get on...
