What's the best place to sell an RS6?

A mate has a late 04 car and has been given a pathetic bid by a Merc dealer on it. He has come to me for advice but I don't really follow this market (but i can see that the main dealers are offering a lot higher than he was bid.

Any recommendations on where / how to sell? (I suspect that he wants minimum hassle).

Stick an advert (Free to individual members) here for the car a few £k over the trade bid and see what happens.

With the PH classifieds it's a good idea to use some decent photos, and detail the service history in full. Also mention any warranty it's got and the terms of warranty renewal.

Not sure if there is a classifieds section for www.RS246.com ?

Also consider the Sunday Times or Top Marques, although these charge.
