1.8t Next steps after a re-map any experiences?

Hi All,
I have a chipped (REVO) Golf 1.8t and have now got a taste for more. Engine internals are safe at 300hp and i dont need much more than that.
Is there a route that allows me to keep her daily driver, and yet allow 300 ish brake?
New turbo I know, but what managment system, can i keep standard with a second remap, or is it stand alone? Will I still be able to drive 300 miles every now and then?
