What the best breathing for a Mk1?

I am looking for a tubular manifold and a filter, prob go K&N element but what exhaust?

Quite a few people run Ashley 4 branches.

Others to look into would be Magnex / Miltek / TSR? Although not sure if they do Mk1 ones.

As for air filters, stick with a K & N panel filter in the original air box.
