IIRC he'll come to you and in your area or at least I know of people in Essex who have used him and given glowing reports.

I used Dean @ 4 rings last weeks to service my A6.
First time I've used him bit I am very impressed. The car is still in warranty, but I'm not taking it back within the main dealer network (my experience so far is too many issues, too little talent - and zero customer service).
Dean knows his onions (used to work within the Audi network). Very professional and with the added bonus of having the work done on my driveway.
Basically better customer service, more trust in the work being done to the standard I want, added convenience of a mobile technician - and you might well save a couple of quid vs using a main stealer
