R8 Spotted Towcester

Near Wayside VW (A5/A43 Roundabout) yesterday around 7:30-8:00

White one with silver side blades in Salzburg another white one with carbon blades in Lake Garda Italy. Stunning car and as both were German registered it seems the Germans have got theirs earlier.

Seen two now and an S5. Can't help thinking that row of little lights under the head light looks a bit cheap on the road.

See an R8 regularly round Newbury. I think the twin boomerang of lights at the front looks great myself, particularly when one closed on me and caused me to do a double-take in my rear-view mirror when I realised what it was!

The car looks far more impressive on the road than it does in magazine shots or static at motorshows.
