How much an 06 RS4 Cab worth?

My mate is looking for a quick sale on his one owner 06 9,000 mile RS4 Cab with all extras, anyone any idea what it is worth or of anyone that might be interested? It is a UK car with no accident damage or any surprises no finance, a lovely car.

£49K looks like cheapest (from dealer) - so a bit less if private - and probably shed loads less if trade in.

£47k is a good price from a dealer at this time of year given how few potential RS4 buyers actually want a Cab.

Why not just px against an M6?

According to the latest Glasses guide the value of an RS4 Cab is:

06 18k miles £48495 trade £51950 retail.

Because the wheels are kerbed the dealer is getting it for £46,800 so at 9,000 miles and 12 months new tax I think they have gotten a bargain!
