Worth watching out for this seller:
http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/pioneer-automotive/

They always have a good supply of Audis listed.

If you consider buying from them then have a read of this

Having a pop at customers is inexcusable, I agree - but I feel that we may not know the full story here - it is common practice for used car warranties to be sold with an upper limit on the value of a claim.

I think the issue here could be what the dealer did or did not tell the buyer about these terms. How was the warranty company approached? Does the dealer in question run a workshop or use an outside company? Was the buyer misled as to what the warranty covered?

From what that article says neither party played completely fair but I wouldn't want to label anyone without knowing the exacts of each side of the story.

The fact that they don't allow viewing of the cars before purchase rang alarm bells for me before i saw this story. Don't think they have a working workshop (they'yre in the old royal mail vehicle yard). As far as i'm aware it's illegal to make a buyer use an insurance backed warranty within the first 3 months, the seller is obliged to fix it or have it fixed at their expense.
