Guggest looking and reading Golichs buyers guide for the 2.7tt in both the S4 and the RS4 on www.rs246.com. There are a few things to look out for on these beasties.

I have an S plate S4 B5, i actually found it on Autotrader.Ive had no real problems with it (apart from the odd wear and tear).I would recommend one,i love mine.Mine is quite good mileage as well.Bought it at 80,000 miles for £5,500.BARGAIN

If you can find a well taken care of car there is so, so much performance on offer for the cash. Simple remap sees you nicely north of 300 BHP

I can vouch for a friends one, running 450/450 quite happily with a few well chosen mods And for the price, they're a hidden bargain.. Worth calling a few tuning outfits aswell (QST/MRC etc) you never know when someones looking to move a nicely tuned one
