Does the S8 (circa 2002) have a folding rear seat option??

Giving some consideration to buying one of these, perhaps one of the last of the original S8's, but it would need to have the facility to fold the rear seats - was it ever an option?

Doubt that the seats will fold, as there some electrical adjustments, lumbar, etc. My A8 had a ski flap though
