Golf 2nd key not working, immobilizer coding question

Got a golf and the 2nd key works in the locks but it wont deactivate the immobiliser, it also doesn't operate the remote central locking.

If i don't have the (7 Digit) SKC code how can i code the immobilizer?

Finally does anyone have a guide to help me program the central locking system?
