Seat Toledo 1.9 tdi 2001 – tyre pressures

I am away from home and need to check my tyre pressures. I am using the car for a long distance journey and I do not have my handbook to check.
Does anybody here know what pressures the tyres should be at?

Most cars have a plaque on them.

yeah, there tyres pressures are on the sticker inside the petrol flap on the Seats
