Sorry for cross posting this but I hope it will get a more widespread audience in this forum as it's a VAG engine.

Could any tech experts take a look at my probelm here http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a... it's the 2nd post.

I will be taking it into the garage next week to have the ecu read but thought I'd see if there was a simple fix beforehand.
