hard to say mate...
unfortunatley a cars only worth what people are willing to pay..
the MPG gauge looks dodgy too - unaligned - which is odd considering 41mpg isnt what i'd call good for the car..
have you had any interest?
Oh, and get rid of the plate and wheels ads - that seems chavvy to me (vectra wheels?) and could put people off as it comes across as a bit jack-the-lad..

About the mpg shot, all photos were taken from a camera phone and so thats why it may look a little compressed? Threw in some BP ultimate yesterday and it was showing 47.8mpg.
Ive had some one ring me up and offer £5,800 but ideally id want at least £6000.
ha ha the wheel and plate adds were just chucked in to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, but what do you think am I being unreasonable in expecting £6k?

Think of all the Torque ![wink](/inc/images/wink.gif)
(Many many boxtsers have been outdriven by me in this car, on a straight road at least!)
Ive relisted it on here: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/363086.htm

'Minor' accidents don't generally result in a write off in a car which would have been worth over £10k at the time.
It would be better to be clear in the ad about the extent of the damage, the mileage at the time and when/where the repairs were carried out.
Many people are prepared to buy Cat-listed cars if they're correctly repaired.

Are are you dxb335d in disguise ?

The thing is you can pick these up for £5-6.5k with 95-120k miles 1 owner FVWSH cambelt just changed etc. Im assuming yours may need a cambelt very soon (or has it just been done) if thats the case then the buyer needs to basically add on £400-500 to have that work done which makes the car seem pricy.
You need to detail exactly the what was damaged when and take pics of the repairs (do you have the invoices listing the repaired items?).Finally put a normal number plate on its £12 form Halfords as it looks "chavy" and also dont post on here that you have beaten many Boxters because that in itself may make potential buyers think hammered & this has had an accident...was it speed related etc. Maybe walk away as there are plenty of others out there.

Part-exchange Price:
Excellent condition: £6550
Average condition: £5910
Below average condition: £5280
http://networkq.co.uk/nq/buyers/valuecar.do
So based upon your milage and spec and it not being a CAT D then these are the prices.
Part-exchange Price:
Excellent condition: £5340
Average condition: £4810
Below average condition: £4300
Now this is the same car but with 98,000 miles as you can see its £1200 cheaper but will havwe had its belts changed so the difference is more like £1600-1700 cheaper all for a mere 30,000 miles. That given the credit crunch & economy kind of makes people spend more savyily.
Good luck though - also any news on what was the damage & invoice proof of repairs?
