Universal, W10 - any experiences?

Done a quick search but turned up nothing...

Anyone used Universal in W10 for servicing on their VW / Audi?

I have an A3 1.8T that I want serviced, but not prepared to pay the earth. These guys are local so would be tempted if they are any good...

Just to let you all know, I went ahead and used these guys...

Really impressed - not quite as cheap as I would have wanted (is it ever?), but the workshops are clean as an operating theatre, all technicians are VW trained, they have full diagnostics, air con charge facilities, 4 wheel alignment etc.

Man who owns and runs it is an Aussie named Peter - nice guy and really know his VAG stuff.

Recommended.
