VW Camper on 05 reg....?

Saw a VW camper van today on a 2005 reg plate. What's the deal an import or is someone else making em now?

I think they're watercooled, I saw an '04 reg one recently which had large vents in the front where I suppose there is a radiator. It had lost the aircooled clatter too!
