AUDI A4 2.0 Tdi 170 - keep an eye on your coolant

Coolant level warning flashed on the other day, so I opened it up to be confronted with a reservoir of black sludge !!
Turns out the oil cooler has split & leaked oil into the coolant. The Main dealers have been superb so far but have had to keep it in over night as they are already on their 4th flush through and the sludge keeps on coming !!
I suppose with this long life serviceing silly little things like this don't get checked often enough. My car is now on 46K miles & only had one service since new.
