Saw one today for the first time (at a petrol station) and looked very nice indeed

Anyone got any info on what the depreciation on this car might be? I will be looking for a new car for the Mrs in about a years time with a 20k budget and wondering if maybe this is a little optimistic

Also, general thoughts on the car? Roadster if poss

20k sounds very optimistic, but then again if high performance/emissions cars are going to continue to take a hammering in this economic climate a depreciation of 1/3 value in 12 months isn't so daft.

Forget paying 20k to take one off an Audi dealer forecourt though. Keep your eyes on the PH classified section.

A TTS Roadster will be around £35k retail before you add any toys to it (Metallic, Bose will add a further grand). Not sure about the current economic climate etc but would not expect almost 50% off after a year. Maybe it would drop down to mid-high 20s at the dealers......unless things got worse.

These are pretty limited at the moment with dealers having allocations. Am looking at a coupe myself (although hanging back at the moment) - a very nice car

PS Emmissions of around 190 will keep it in one of the more average bands. My 225 MkI coupe is 226!!! Doh!
