Sat Nav and phone kit on a Touareg

Does anyone know if the sta nav on a touareg uses postcodes ro addresses.

Also, can it be upgraded to show speed camera's etc.. and does it cover Europe as standard.

also, mine doesnt have phone prep, is this is a dealer fit option or should I be looking at a Parrot again? Either way, anyone know approx costs involved.

phone prep is factory only, dealers will fit a kit called "nemesis", best option is a parrot

Just picked car up. Lovely to drive, couple of concerns though.

It came from VW, I think it has been used as an off road test vehicle as it has the wrong tyres (M&S Grippers) and water / mud splattered inside engine bay.

Have spoken to salesman and awaiting his response. He assured me that the cars they use for Off road days are sold to a third party and not returned to VW.
