hi guys just wanted to know what you guys think i have an audi a4 51 reg 1.9tdi i have had a brand new turbo fited and half the engine rebuilt got it fully serviced changed all filters, and i am geting around 40mpg local and around 50+ on motorway. what do you guys think is it good or bad?

That sounds reasonable to me.
Unlikley a heavy car like an A4 will do much more than 50mpg on the motorway.
You have another thread running about a faulty MAF.
Surprised you're seeing that sort of mileage if you MAF is buggered . . . even more surprised that the person who changed the turbo and half the engine didn't change the MAF while they were at it.

this is the second turbo fitted to my car the 1st one was changed due to its age i gues had no power and gave alot ov black smoke, then it had to be changed again something to do with turbo seal and because it was under waranty it was done free of charge howevr the garage i got it done from said there was something wrong with the pistons and told me i will rebiuld the bottom end of the engine howevr al in al it coset me 2k
