Rear wiper on MK4 Golf

Hi everyone,

I have a minor issue with the rear wiper on my MK4 Golf, it is on all the time! I've had the car for 4 months, anyone else had this issue?

The pipe that connects to the rear washer are known for coming off, which then means all the water drips out over the boot internals.

It may be this, causing the ciruit to go a bit hay wire, or it maybe something to do with the wiper stalk on the steering coloumn, or a relay?

Pipes also leak in rear passenger pillar too, can drip down in to boot, and CD player if youre not careful.

IIRC, there was recall on the pipe over the wiper motor. Check to see if theres a 90deg connector between the pipe and motor. Dealer fitted this for me free, and also the wrecked lock.
