Amber warning light

hi guys, just need some help. My wife has a mk4 r32 which has started to display an Amber engine shaped light on the clocks/dash. I can't seem to find it in the vw book, and the dealer we spoke to on the phone hasn't got a clue what it is. Any ideas/help would be appreciated.

I know it's a stock answer, but it's likely to be a lambda sensor..

One of these ebay clicky linky will read any stored error codes from the ECU and let you know what they are..

Any local inde should be able to help you out with a code read though..

If you were closer to me I'd do it for you..
