Power Sterring Groan & Clutch Judder....Again

Hi Chaps,

The car is 3 years old next month & am now booking into dealer for MOT & bits.

Its been a while since I have spoken to them about the power sterring groan & clutch judder & was wondering how folks are progressing these faults & if the dealers are amitting there is a fault/fix,

Also after starting the car and running for 5-10 mins there is a clicking/tapping form the glove box area.

I have spoken to them about this prob a year ago & they said it was to do with the climate control. Anyone else had this fault.

I know the sterring & clutch are well posted issues & updates would be appreciated

Modified Rack and hose for the steering noise, Modified clucth for the judder. Presumable we are talking B7 A4.

Yep sure is T_T. Should have made that one plain.

Thanks for the comments, we will see if the dealer agree's. They made nothing but excuses 18months ago when I tried to get it fixed

My dealer is not playing ball with My clutch issue telling Me that if the car is stripped and wear is found Then I will get a bill for over 900 quid ! At this moment in time I simply cannot afford a bill that size So I will have to live with a juddering cluch On what is a premium brand car ! Dealer refuses to accept that the clutches on these cars are a common problem ! Audi customer care was completely useless They had the same dealer phone Me and repeated the same comments for the second time !

Why cant Audi put thier hands up and fix these common problems without subjecting Us customers to this kind of crap ??

My car is a 2.0 TDI S line Avant 140. May 2006. with 32.000 miles
