I am thinking of lowering the car and was wondering what i need to fit to achieve this, can it be done by just changing the springs or do i need to change dampers etc?

You could just change to lowering springs but that would be a bit of a cop out.

On that car a better/safer option would be to try and source a set of S6/RS6 springs and dampers, that's what I'd do.

Or get a properly matched lowering spring and damper kit.
