help - rear speakers

i've just got myself a '97 audi cabriolet. There's a sony cd player and my rear speakers and sub aren't connected because there isn't a slot for it...i was wondering whether there was some adapter to connect all the wires to plug it all in??
the radio signal isn't all that great either??
