Golf Mk3 TDi Best Tuning Chip Experiences.

Hello, i'm currently running a 96 N reg Golf TDi as my daily runabout and was thinking of chipping/tuning box to add some extra performance but also and mainly improve MPG. Dose anyone know which is the best one to go for. All experiences welcome. Thanx.

when i was a student a few years ago, i had a 1996 dragon green golf tdi...90bhp.

I tried a tuning box but it screwed up the car so i returned it and got it chipped somewhere or another, to 120bhp...

Good thing to do...forget mpg..you'll be going flat out wherever you go..

I wouldn't say its "quick" but its a huge improvement over its stock form and 2nd and 3rd gear are great fun.....

Ive had it off the clock as well...

Beware though..it will smoke a bit!
