Can anyone help please i have an Audi A4 1.8 trubo quatro on a W plate, Every so often it overheats but after iv let the presure of and blead the cooling systsem it is fine so i suspect it is getting air locks. It starts fine and idles smooth so i dont think it is the head gasket.
no all iv got is reciepts from previuose owner. If it is head then it must be very early stages as theres no smell of fumes in coolant. This is the second time within 3months the first time was shortly after driving 500 miles then stoping for a few hrs.
