TT Anti roll bars

I have been told that one of the best suspension upgrades is to fit R32 roll bars to the front and rear has anyone have any thoughts or information and prices.

iirc they are a couple of mill thicker, another option would be H&R or Eibach ones. audi-sport might have more info

I've the H&R ones on my Cupra R Leon, they are very good, TT ones as well
