Good for service in Glasgow

Anybody have any experiences of good/bad service in and around Glasgow area for vw. I stay in Erskine so closer to there the better. Car due service in September but starting to think about where I should go already. Have already used Gracies in Clydebank and they were good. Any experiences good and bad welcomed.

I've A for Audi before as well, and they are good for your routine servicing.

Gracies arent much cop IMHO, they tried to tell me that the 'misfiring' I could see using VAG-COM wasnt a concern, and that the shuddering on idle on my V6 was a 'characteristic' of the car\engine, when in fact the cams were worn and causing the misfires.
