Smoke from TT

2000 TT 225 roadster car runs very well but when left to idle for 5 mins or so blue smoke comes from the exhaust short run and it clears. No smoke at all when normal or hard driving.Oil is fresh and the level is correct.
Is there an engine breather that could be blocked? or does anyone have any ideas

It would most likely be the valve seals but I wouldn't rule out the turbo getting a little tired.

Breather system may be a little blocked. If you put the car in top gear at around 40mph and give the car WOT you can clear out a load of crap.
