Engine fan stays on constantly even after engine is switched off and only stops when battery is dead.

Any ideas?

Fan control module. Is part of one of the fans.

Only fix is to replace both fans.

TO save battery going flat, you can remove fuse when not using the car.

Thanks for that.

Have now ordered it.

Does front bumper have to come off to fit?

How long should it take?

Its all behind the rad under the bonnet and under the car to fit. We drop them out underneath.

An hour or so. Under tray off 4 torx screws and two multi plugs for the fan housing and a lot of finesse.

I had this happen on mine recently, needed replacement fans - also stung me for a new radiator (said mine was leaking), cost £540 frown
