Hi,

Is there an online parts catalogue for VWs, similar to realoem.com for BMWs?
I need to find the correct front brake pads for a 2005 (9N3 facelift) Polo, 1.4 Automatic. When I look on gsfcarparts and eurocarparts there are quite a few to choose from and they look to be different shapes, not just different manufacturers.

Cheers,

DC

Thanks, I've found an online version of it now but it's a version that doesn't appear to have the latest Polo yet frown

I guess I'll pop to a dealer on the way home from work and see if their parts prices are reasonable.

Indeed it is. There appear to be 3 variants of front brake pad for this model, all different profiles so it's a tad confusing.
I've got two part numbers from the local dealer, for pads and for discs but I can't find the number they've given me for the discs on any net seraches. 6R0615301 ??

That's great, thanks for confirming. Can I assume that if I goto a motor factors and they have a disc on file equivalent to a VW part number which contains '0615301', that disc will fit?

I don't think they do brakes but world car parts has a large range of vw parts listed online. They helped me find the part I needed!
