what headlight bulb ?

Hi. I have an Audi A3 1.8t, 2001 and I need a new headlight bulb. I've looked on various websites and there is conflicting information. - This for the dipped beam bulb by the way but I have also decided to replace the main beam with new bulbs as well as my commute is through lanes etc..
Some websites state that the dipped bulbs are H4 and high are H7 and others list H7 for both.

Does anyone know what the main and high bulb fittment should be?
