Fabia vRS Clutch
Discussion
Mornin all.
We've had our vRS from new, now 2.5 yrs old, 40k miles still in warranty.
It's totally standard and been serviced on time.
It struggles to go in to 1st gear at times and I'm told it's clutch rather than gearbox.
IMO I don't think this is reasonable wear and tear and they should sort it.
They did say that they'd fit one for £540+VAT and if they found the clutch was faulty then it would be under warranty. I just think a clutch should last a lot longer than that on a normal everyday car.
They have recently fitted a new turbo as it was pretty loud (whistling)
Has anyone else had this experience/any advice?
Thanks in advance
