Finding / fitting roof rails to a 2007 Touareg

I'd really appreciate any tips / experiences of fitting roof rails to a 2007 VW Touareg. The dealer wanted stupid money to add them to an existing car.

Reckon Thule might do something involving feet that clip into the roof slots - if anyone has done something similar it would be good to hear.

I'd use the boot instead but I can still hear her from there.
