VW Passat Light problems

I noticed a couple of days ago that my off side rear tail light and side light weren't working. I checked the bulbs and they looked ok but swapped them anyway and they still didn't work.

Tonight when I was parking the car I noticed that the off side front side/head lights weren't working but when I hit the brake pedal the front sidelight came on???

Any ideas?

have you fitted the right bulbs check as some are off set pin dose your o.s.r light still not work poible will need new switch as both live feeds are on difernt serkikt
