FFG what time is the BBQ starting etc. Asking cos I'm only able to commit to the Saturday with no stay over at the Hotel. Also do I need to book anything with you for just turning up Saturday morning? (I'm about hour and half away so enjoyable drive up Fosseway )

Matt, BBQ is Saturday night. Well worth staying over even if you have to leave Sunday morning. Just visiting Saturday day won't cost anything. See you there

Usually about 7 but as its a new landlord I need to agree this but can't see why not about 7ish.
If you want to go on the rolling road you need to book a slot, otherwise just turn up anytime.
Shame you can't stay over as its a good night.
Over 50 booked already so get booking.
