Throttle Pot

Tested mine with multimeter to try and sort the fueling problem. The voltage when the throttle is pressed swings nicely within the parameters. However, the measured resistance is 4480 ohms when it should be 5000. Is this discrepancy in resistance enough to mean the sensor is faulty?

No. The pots are usually made with a 10% tolerance. It is the voltage that is important. To be honest multmeter testing is not that accurate as it will not show spikes/discontinueties that can upset the ECU. Multimeter test says OK when the part is not. Best to use a scope.
