Getting rid of the musy smell takes some doing, Mine had been stood for a while when I got it last year. Lots of cleaning plus magic tree when not in use helped alot, but still comes back a bit on wet days.

The front end on your car now is a 500 front end,

Was a 500 front end from the factory,know the previous owners,but apparently big valve too,according to salvage yard,worth asking TVR Power for build sheet!

My old car,if I wasn't going through a crap divorce would have bought salvage myself.

Peter, re the non start issue, have you reset the inertia switch under the dash? It would have probably activated in the crash.

I think that is the ad from before it was bought - he mentioned on one of the vids that it came from the breakers

Good luck with restoring the griff. I watched the video and listening to your accent i thought "must be originally from wigan" then clicked on your profile and you obviously are. Im only in warrington so if you need any help or advice just ask. Recently completed a full bodyoff, replacing outriggers etc. My car is a chimaera but the chassis, engine etc are almost identical.
