The car is a '93 and originally had a 500 front, got the original part and in contact with previous owner

If its a 4 or 4.3 it would have had a precat front end originially.

The car came from Jersey where cats were not required, so could have been made up of bits and pieces originally.

The car was built in October/November 1993,Griffs were only officially built for export at the time,and for some reason or other,possibly there were no precat front ends available,this on came out of the factory with a 500 front end,and indeed was destined for Jersey.

For a moment I thought you were gonna start slagging the 450 off!!
