Griff 500 exhaust help please...

I have griff 500 that had the precats removed and the exhaust sleeved by previous owners, i find it just too loud and harsh sounding for me, i am thinking of and alternative system, maybe ACT? or back to standard.

Is there anyone in the Herts area that has a 500 with an ACT system or alternative that i could meet up with for a listen, i don't want to put something on that's the same as what i have.

I found the standard system too loud (113dB @ 1m) after decatting and various engine mods. I had an exhaust made using an Edelbrock SRT silencer, and this was better, but still loud (106dB @ 1m). I am now going to fit 100CPI metallic cats so the car is both quieter and easier to get through the MOT.

I will be at the Growl in a couple of weeks, hopefully I will have the Griff, but if not there's going to be plenty of others there!
