Upload your pic into Fotango but use a public gallery not a private one or people will need to use your password to see it.

Then, in Fotango click on your selected pic and in the side menu you'll see a link that gives you the URL for your pic.

Post your URL with the format [pic] before it and the format [/pic] after it, making sure there's no gaps or spaces.
