Early griff round type side indicators

I could do with one or possibly two new side indicators for the front wings but am struggling to find good condition replacements.Does anyone know what car the early round type originate from,or where i could get some please?

Thanks Ant but unfortunately they are not quite the same. Mine are a little shorter with a different type of rear fixing which is also in white plastic not black.
