Heater stepper motor. Help needed

I am trying to fit 2 new heater stepper/servo motors. I am using the newer motor 'fire burgess'. the wireing are differant colours to my existing loom.
New colours are
pin 1 red
pin 2 yellow
pin 3 black
pin 4 green
pin 5 yellow/black
pin 6 green.

Colours on loom are blue,red,black,white,green & yellow (not sure what pin numbers are)

Now been told by Racing Green who sold me new motors that they wont work with my Griff and refunded my payment, if motor has gone there is no replacement.
Thought it was the stepper motor as it was sticking and not letting cold air through. but when I took motor off and connected direct to 12 v supply it worked fine, its now heater valve or problem with loom
