De-cat on youtube

I made a video/sound recording of before/after bolting in the de-cat pipes on my 500. Not the best mic on my camera, and bit of background noise but it comes out reasonably well. Hope the link works. What d'ya think?

Manifolds and de-cat pipes made by ACT performance (see website). Not fitted by me. They were fitted at the same time as an engine overhaul. Depends how handy you are with a spanner. There are other options such as a de-cat Y piece which doesn't involve replacing the manifolds, and gives you the option of keeping in the pre-cats. Not sure how this set-up sounds in comparison. Bear in mind that if you remove the catalysts, the MOT man may take issue with the emissions.

Sounds great. Seen the clip several times now, and was there by the RR when it was shot! Straight through pipes I would guess?

Needed someone to sit in and rev it to really appreciate it but the neighbours wouldn't be too happy with me.
