Hi,dont think the car is salvage,it was bought at auction. But having owned a griff 500 in the past, one thing you,ve got to have is a service history!. just wondered if there was anyone out there who could help?.

Don't think service history will be that essential at this age/price level? I've got a stack of receipts with mine, but at 18/19 years old and lots of miles under no conditions I'd assume that a certain item wouldn't need doing because 'it's in the service history'.

Just go through it with a fine tooth comb, expect some cost and elbow grease and then enjoy it driving - you'd be very unlucky not to get your money's worth from a sub-6K Griff that is working, MOT'ed and in one piece (from the pic it's even got the desirable OZ splits!). thumbup
