heads for griff

Need some advice from the collective,
Came across these heads on fleabay.

Item no 300642472004
Sorry can't do the cut and paste thing!
Are they the same as griff bv heads,are they suiable
For a griff 430,any one had any dealing with said
Companys?
Will get mine 6000 mile service and get neil garner to take
A look at mine and make sure nothings a miss
Then dyno'd before I go down this route.

Is it a straight head swap or more?

I have a pair of his stage 4 heads on mine, excellent.
